I am a certified Life Breakthrough Coach, Christian Life Coach and certified in Extraordinary Women's Ministries. But enough with the formalities.

Truth is, I've been there. Done that. Might have gotten the t-shirt which I've no doubt by now cut up and distressed to fit my style.

Who better to walk with you than someone who has gone through some of the same crap that you have. Someone who has been stuck in a rut. Someone who needed guidance in weight loss/self image. Someone who needed to switch careers completely. Someone who had trouble discerning what God wanted her to do. And someone who has learned how to pull herself up and find a way to get to where she needs/wants to be.

I'm not here as a life coach to tell you what to do or do it for you. I'm here to help you tap into your full potential and define/achieve your goals for who you want to be and what you want to do. I'm here to help you take action. Without action, there is no such thing as success in any area of your life. This will probably include some laughs along the way. If you're looking for that life coach who is 100% dead serious all...the...time...then I'm probably not the person for you.
